Princess Jellyfish Anime/Manga Review (SPOILERS)
I just finished watching Princess Jellyfish and I think it's really good. I know I'm really late because it came out in like 2012 but I never really heard of it before. The anime was only 11 episodes-- really short. In fact, I finished it in a day and when I got to episode 11, I didn't even know that it was over. One of the main reasons I really love this anime is because I seriously ship Tsukimi and Shu, like I seriously hope they get together.
I was so excited every time when Kuranosuke gave Tsukimi a makeover and I would just hope that she would meet Shu. I started reading the manga and it's quite different from the anime. A lot more happens in the manga and it's very simple in the anime. Also, the manga gives me so many more feels.
I felt sad however because Tsukimi has such low self-esteem and fails to see how beautiful she is. But I'm sure that they will give her more character development and her self-esteem will grow over the story.
How others see Tsukimi
How Tsukimi sees herself
Toward the end of the anime I got confused because Kuranosuke started to show feelings toward Tsukimi and I was like WhoA. I thought for sure she would get with Shu but now I'm starting to think differently.
There's a lot of comedy elements in this manga/anime so I really enjoy reading it on a nice summer day.
I really recommend reading the manga and watching the anime because it's so good.
They're so cute together<3 #princessjellyfish #tsukimi #anime
